Returns

For business orders, returns and refunds are handled according to the terms agreed in the order or contract. If no specific terms were agreed, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged in transit or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
